Mitigate pain levels with hands-on work/modalities (as needed)
Give you specific steps to continue lifting throughout the process
Set you up to be stronger than before
Dry Needling
As loaded athletes, we expect a lot more out
of our bodies than most. While it’s true that peak performance and longevity starts with proper sleep, diet, and hydration—addressing mobility deficiencies, soft-tissue restrictions, and pain can mitigate injury risk in the short term via improving range of motion and normalized muscular firing. Wellness services are 30 minutes long.
